using the Excel Fill Form (link to file below). The score
report form is to be used to report your game(s) results (win,
lose or tie), and also to inform us of rain outs or other
circumstances that prevented you from playing your game, and
for concerns or compliments about the umpires.
All teams must submit a 2008 Score Report Form - Win, Loss,
Tie, Rainout or Default. This MUST be done within 72 hours
of the completion of the game. Failure by any team to do so,
will result in a General Fine of $25.00

reports.
